This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs the terms under which cancellations of EV Charging Sessions and refunds of amounts are processed on the TRYK CHARGE platform. By using the Application or Services, you agree to the terms set out below.
Cancellation Policy
A Cancellation Fee is applicable towards cancellation of an EV Charging Session time slot booking. The Cancellation Fee is equivalent to the Convenience Fee charged for the booking and is exclusive of all applicable taxes.
Cancellations must be initiated through the TRYK CHARGE Application. Please ensure you review your booking details carefully before confirming, as cancellation fees will apply once a booking is made.
Refund Policy
At the end of an EV Charging Session, the Total Payable Amount is collected. Any remaining additional paid amount (over and above the actual fare) shall be refunded to the EV User's TRYK CHARGE Wallet.
Amounts received from Offers and Referrals, and any refundable amount, shall be credited to your TRYK CHARGE Wallet only. These credits cannot be transferred to a bank account.
Amounts deposited into the TRYK CHARGE Wallet via Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card are non-refundable to the original payment source. All refunds are processed to the Wallet only.

Payment Disputes
Any payment-related issue — except when such issue is due to an error or fault in the Site or Application — shall be resolved between You and the Payment Processor. TRYK CHARGE SERVICES LLP will provide a receipt and Tax Invoice for all completed sessions at the end of each EV Charging Session.
- Tax Invoices are sent to your registered email address after each session.
- For Account-related payment issues, contact us immediately at support@trykcharge.in.
- If you are unable to access your Account, make a written request for blocking to prevent unauthorized transactions.
- We are not liable for unauthorized transactions if you fail to promptly report the issue.
Minimum Deposit Requirement
A minimum deposit of ₹100 INR is required to be maintained in your TRYK CHARGE Wallet for the usage of EV Charging Services. This applies across all Public, Commercial, and Residential Charge Spots/Stations.
