These User Terms and Conditions ("User Terms") apply to your visit to and use of the TRYK CHARGE Mobile Application and Site, whether through a computer or mobile phone, the Service and the Application, as well as to all information, recommendations and/or services provided to You on or through the Site, the Service and the Application.
By logging in and using the application, you consent to be bound by these User Terms. Please read and understand these User Terms entirely before use. Your agreement constitutes a binding agreement between You and TRYK CHARGE SERVICES LLP. Acceptance also includes acceptance of the Privacy Policy and consent to receive promotional emails and SMS alerts.

Definitions
Account
The account created by the Customer on the Mobile Application for availing Services provided by TRYK CHARGE SERVICES LLP.
Application
The mobile application named "TRYK CHARGE" updated by TRYK CHARGE SERVICES LLP from time to time.
Convenience Fee
Fee payable by the Customer for technology services, customer support and cashless payment options. Exclusive of applicable taxes.
Cancellation Fee
Convenience Fee payable towards cancellation of an EV Charging Session time slot booking. Exclusive of applicable taxes.
Customer / User
A person who has an Account on the Application (also referred to as EV Driver or You).
E-Wallet
A pre-paid instrument which can be used to make payments on the platform.
EV Charging Session
Duration between when a user starts and stops charging an electric vehicle.
Fare
Amount in Indian Rupees reflected on the Application as payable for energy consumption during an EV Charging Session. Exclusive of applicable taxes.
Registration Data
Present, valid, true and accurate name, email ID, phone number and other information required for registration on the Application.
Service(s)
Facilitation of EV Charging service through the Application, toll-free telephone request, or booking on the Site.
Site
The Application and website – https://web.trykcharge.in operated by TRYK CHARGE SERVICES LLP.
Total Payable Amount
Includes the Fare, Convenience Fee or Cancellation Fee, and all applicable taxes.
Charge Point
An instrument/machine used to charge an electric vehicle.
Charging Station
A location where one or more Charge Points are installed.

Eligibility
You will be "Eligible" to use the Services only when all of the following conditions are fulfilled:
- You have attained at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
- You are competent to enter into a contract under Applicable Laws.
- If you reside in a jurisdiction that restricts use of this Service due to age, or restricts your ability to enter into contracts such as these User Terms, you must abide by such age limits.

Registration & Account
- You can Register/Sign Up on the Application only after complying with requirements and entering your Registration Data.
- You shall ensure that Registration Data is accurate, complete, current, valid and true, and updated from time to time. We bear no liability for false or incorrect Registration Data.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Registration Data and for all activities that occur through your Account.
- Your Account cannot be transferred, assigned or sold to a third party.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account with immediate effect if Registration Data is found to be incorrect or if Account security is compromised.
- Only one Account may be opened per Registration Data. For unauthorized use, contact support@trykcharge.in immediately.
- It is your responsibility to download the correct application for your device.

Services
By using the Application or Service, You agree that:
- You will not use an account subject to rights of another person without authorization.
- You will not use the Service or Site/Application for unlawful purposes.
- You will not try to harm the Service, Site, Application or our network in any way.
- You will provide TRYK CHARGE SERVICES LLP with information and documents as reasonably requested.
- You will only use an authorized network to avail the Service.
- Standard messaging, data, and voice charges of your network provider will apply when using the Service.
- You will comply with all Applicable Law and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
You agree to grant TRYK CHARGE SERVICES LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to exercise copyright, publicity, and database rights in your information in any media, now known or not currently known.

Payments
- At the end of the EV Charging Session, the Total Payable Amount will be collected. Any remaining additional paid amount shall be refunded to the EV User's Wallet.
- A receipt and Tax Invoice shall be provided and sent to your registered email address.
- For account access issues, contact support@trykcharge.in to request account blocking. We are not liable for unauthorized transactions.

Confirmation of Charging
You may pay for the Service Fee by any of the following methods:
E-Wallet
Online payment through an E-Wallet powered by a third party Payment Processor. Not applicable for bookings made via phone or while not logged in.
Card / Net Banking
Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking through authorized payment gateways.
TRYK CHARGE Wallet
Payments via Net Banking/Credit/Debit Card are first credited to TRYK CHARGE Wallet, then processed. Offers, referrals, and refundable amounts are credited to Wallet only.
Any payment-related issue, except when due to an error or fault in the Site, shall be resolved between You and the Payment Processor.
